This item has been removed from the agenda for the board meeting on Thursday, September 8, 2016.  Kahn Construction decided it was in their best interest to not proceed with this project due to the fact that they could not meet the requirements set forth by the Kentucky Department of Education.  The complete project will be bid at another time, as presented.
