Mrs. Carla Kuhn introduced Lula Norwood as Panther Academy's Student of the Month and gave a description of her accomplishments and achievements. Mr. Aaron Howell introduced Malone Wallace as Helmwood Heights Student of the Month. He gave a brief description of her accomplishments and achievements. Mr. Howell also introduced Ava Pegram as February's Student of the Month for Helmwood Heights and gave a brief description of her achievements and accomplishments. Mrs. Heather Goodman introduced Scarlett Warren as Morningside Elementary's Student of the Month and gave a brief description of her accomplishments and achievements. Mrs. Hope Janes introduced Carter Willett as T.K. Stone Middle School's Student of the Month and gave a brief description of his achievements and accomplishments. Mrs. Janae Bell said that Diego Sanchez could not be in attendance due to illness, but will attend the meeting in April.

2024-2025 Financial Audit Report
Joe Montgomery
MONTGOMERY & COMPANY, P.L.L.C have audited the financial statements of the governmental activities, the business-type activities, each major fund, and the aggregate remaining fund information of the EIS for the year ended June 30, 2025.
Mr. Joe Montgomery presented the 2024-2025 Financial Audit Report to the Board and went over highlights. He encouraged them to read the summary. Mr. Montgomery noted that there were no findings or deficiencies. Mr. Montgomery stated that overall this was a clean audit. Mr. Montgomery answered Board questions to satisfaction.
