To expedite emergency roof repairs at Huntertown and Southside schools, the Board is requested to approve the
presented BG-1 and AIA contracts for the repairs and authorize the Board Chair and Superintendent to execute the BG-1, AIA contracts, as well as the pending construction contract documents most responsive to quotes solicited and falling within the budget amount $1,583,104.23 (representing insurance proceeds (plus $ 69,734.66 from the GF)
