SFCC Technology Offer II 2017

Motion Passed:  The Nelson County Board of Education approve request for the 2nd SFCC Offer of Assistance for Technology for FY 2017. passed with a motion by Mrs. Diane Berry and a second by Mr. David Norman.

Adjusting the monthly pay period to days falling within a single month will clarify a number of payroll processes.  Feedback from over 300 employees showed 79% preferred two paychecks per month on the 1^st and 15^th of the month.

Motion Passed:  Approve request to move the monthly pay period and date(s) for all employees with the pay date moving from the 5th (once per month) to the 1st and 15th of the month (twice) effective beginning with the August 2017 payroll. passed with a motion by Mrs. Diane Berry and a second by Mrs. Rebekah McGuire-Dye.

Approve request to increase the itinerant staffing allocation for New Haven/Boston from 2.5 to 3 positions for FY 2017-2018 by adding 0.5 Assistant Principal at the New Haven School.

These plans provide a template for the Family Resource and Youth Service Centers in regard to site needs, program services, and budgeting. Each plan includes a needs assessment and action plan for each center and have been approved by FRYSC councils and local SBDMs.
