III.A. Creation of a Budget Committee
Rationale

  • Purpose of the Committee – The Budget Committee will review the budget and report back to the Board with input at the Board’s request. This will be a standing committee that will complete assigned tasks and report to the Board as charged.
  • The committee may be terminated at any time by a majority vote of the membership of the Board.
  • The committee will be comprised of two Board members, the Superintendent, the Assistant Superintendent, the Finance Director, and the Beechwood Elementary and Beechwood High School Principals.
