Rationale

Congratulations to Nick Holaday, the December 2023 Athlete of the Month!

DHS Athlete of the Month for December is Nick Holaday. Nick is a member of the DHS bowling team.  He currently has the highest average on the boys' team. He serves the role of anchor, a huge asset to the team.  Nick also received his first college recruitment from Thomas More during the Boone County singles tournament.

4.C. Artist of the Month - Cordale Hamilton
Rationale

Congratulations to Cordale Hamilton, the December 2023 Artist of the Month!

From Nick Simon:

I have chosen Cordale Hamilton as the Artist of the Month this month. Cordale is an outstanding Trumpet player. He works extremely hard to be the best he can be. He is always striving to be the best player in the room. Even as an Eighth Grader, I am able to trust him with Trumpet 1 parts that I know can be challenging to High School Students. He is an extremely important part of my ensemble, and I can’t wait to see how he continues to grow during his time in Band.
