Rationale

Congratulations to the November 2023 Athlete of the Month - Eric Solano!

Dayton Independent Schools Athletic Department would like to recognize Eric "EJ" Solano as our November Athlete of the Month. EJ has qualified and competed in the State Cross Country Meet in both years of his cross-country career. He continues to improve and set personal records as he runs his way through the state. Aside from being a two-time state qualifier, EJ is also a respected member of the basketball team. EJ shares his love of athletics with the younger athletes at Dayton, including inspiring his brother to run cross country with him. Congratulations EJ on being a role model for other student-athletes and for this well-deserved honor of Athlete of the Month.

Rationale

Congratulations to the November 2023 Artist of the Month - Ava Stewart!

Ava is a talented artist and takes the time to make sure her artwork is something she can be proud of.  She is respectful and considerate to others, and has maintained a 100% in art class this year.
