Order #230 - Motion Passed:  A motion to provide a one-time payment for all employees: $600 for all full-time employees, certified or classified; $300 for all half-time employees and non-faculty coaches; substitutes will receive $6/day for the days worked with a cap of $300 each, passed with a motion by Mr. David Kitchens and a second by Mr. Ronald Jones.

Consider providing a one-time payment for services yet to be rendered to all employees instead of a 2% raise due to the uncertainty of the state budget, funding, pension system, etc.  A 2% raise would become a recurring expense.
