XIV. Result of Student Hearing Review for Student 19-20C
Actions Taken

Order #10885 - Motion Passed:  Upon review of Student 19-20C, we recommend the student return to Hardin County Schools and receive services at College View Campus. The student shall participate in APEX for credit recovery and receive in-person instruction. Student 19-20C shall maintain good attendance and good behavior. The Due Process Committee will review progress at each trimester and at their recommendation, Student 19-20C shall be permitted to return to their home high school passed with a motion by Ms. Dawn Logsdon Johnson and a second by Mr. Ben Sego.

XV. Result of Student Hearing for Student 20-21A
Actions Taken

Order #10886 - Motion Passed:  We recommend Student 20-21A be expelled with services for a period of up to one year. During this period of expulsion, the student is not be allowed on any Hardin County School property or at any Hardin County School activity. For the remainder of the 2020-21 school year, Student 20-21A shall be on NTI and shall receive a minimum of 4 hours of in-person services per week. Additionally, the student shall actively participate with their counselor and follow all recommendations. The Due Process Committee shall review this case at the end of this 9 weeks and each trimester during the 2021-22 school year. If the recommendation of the Due Process Committee changes, the changed recommendation shall be brought to the Board passed with a motion by Ms. Dawn Logsdon Johnson and a second by Mr. Ben Sego.
