XI. Closed Session- Following a motion in open session pursuant to KRS 61.810 (1)(c) and (1)(j), it is anticipated that the board will move into closed session to conduct a character and fitness review and to review potential actions relating to complaints and reports. The board will also review pending litigation.
XII. Case Decisions- Following the closed session review, the board shall move into open session. All decisions will be made in open session.
