Mr. Duty discussed his board report and his handout on LES student MAP data showing the typical growth in Reading this year. He noted that the Junior Great Books PD will be on August 8th & 9th and LES students read a total of 19,890 AR books for the 2015-2016 school year which is an
increase of 6,286 books compared to the total of 13,604 books that were read last year.

Mr. Kinmon did not have a transportation report this month. He noted that the Active Shooter training on May 26th went really well and summer cleaning has started.
