Motion Passed:  Acknowledge receipt of Treasurer's FY 2024 Annual Financial Settlement passed with a motion by Michael McKenney and a second by Jason Bullock.

Motion Passed:  Approved to accept first and second recommendations of the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet Rural and municipal aid for $650,000.00 on project one for the replacement of 1414 culvert; and $250,000.00 for project two, KY 505 US 62 Olaton Rd 2.373 miles of blacktop which will be continue on if funds remain from project 1 on 1414 culvert to carry over to project 2. Accept the 2024/2025 Flex funds in the amount of $365,430.00 passed with a motion by Michael McKenney and a second by Bryan Daniel.

Motion Passed:  Approve 2nd reading of Budget Amendment Ordinance 2025-1 passed with a motion by Jason Bullock and a second by Bo Bennett.

The Court chose to review this Ordinance for the next Fiscal Court Meeting

Motion Passed:  Approved Resolution 2025-4 OCEDA KPDI passed with a motion by Jason Bullock and a second by Michael McKenney.

• Clerk June Financials

Motion Passed:  Acknowledged having received the Clerk's June 2024 Financial Report passed with a motion by Jason Bullock and a second by Bo Bennett.

• Delinquent Transfers

Motion Passed:  Acknowledged having received the Transferring of Delinquent LSG property tax bills from the Sheriff to the County Clerk passed with a motion by Jason Bullock and a second by Bryan Daniel.

• FY 2024 Annual Review of County

Motion Passed:  Acknowledge receipt of Annual Review of County Fiscal Year ending 2024 passed with a motion by Jason Bullock and a second by Bo Bennett.

Motion Passed:  Approved to reallocate the cleaner water program reallocation request in the amount of $850,000.00. Grant #:21CWW293. Funds to be reallocated from the Chiggerville Waterline to other needed projects. Request attached passed with a motion by Bo Bennett and a second by Michael McKenney.

Citizen requested a No Semi sign to be place by Lisa's Place on Lafayette the trucks are getting suck not making it being able to turn.

Citizen Charles Davison assistance with road maintenance on Huff Creek Lane.

Citizen Randy Haney brought to the Court's attention the lack of progress on/near his land on the Rough River cleanup. Contractor Carroll Ralph has yet to complete the project and little has progressed. Mr. Haney requested the Court inspect the bid and the work that has been completed.
