Elect Vice Chairperson and Secretary
Motion Passed: motion to elect Lyle Blackburn as Vice Chairperson and Ashley Adams as Secretary for the 2015-2016 school year passed with a motion by Mrs. Jackie Priode and a second by Mr. Brandon Blackburn and the consensus of the council.

Day and Time of 2015-2016 SBDM Meetings
Motion Passed: Motion to have regularly scheduled meetings on the 4th Monday of each month at 4:15 pm passed with a motion by Mrs. Ashley Adams and a second by Mr. Brandon Blackburn and the consensus of the council.

Principal's Report

August 6th School Registration 10 - 6;
Early College Academy has 7 to 8 possible students;
This year there will be no fall testing but possible ACT practice exam;
7th grade orientation went well;
This year we have 573 or 574 students with more waiting;
Traci Tackett Elementary teacher of year through the state conservation program;
Reunion kicks off Thursday;
We received $687 in royalties from KHSAA;
Aug. 29th is the Pike County Bowl;
$100 fine issued to football team for practicing July 10th;
Parking lot will be resurfaced;
TELL survey had 67% district participation with results given at a later date.
