2025-26 Tax Rates
Amber Minor
On September 4, the Board voted to maintain the same tax rate as the prior year, a portion of which was subject to recall. The Board was informed on Monday, September 22 by the County Clerk that a petition committee has been formed to challenge the approved rate. The Board is currently consulting with legal counsel to determine the appropriate course of action with lowering the rate to an unrecallable rate.
