Tax Rates
2024-25 real estate property tax rates of 68.2 cents per $100 (6.2 cents per $100 will go to the building fund to participate in the FSPK program), 24-25 personal property rate of 68.2 cents per $100, 24-25 motor vehicle tax rate of 54.7 cents per $100. Recommendation to exempt aircraft from taxation as defined in KRS 132.200(18) and exempt watercraft from taxation as defined in KRS 132.200(19). Of this rate, 1.7 cents is subject to recall.
