Consider/Approve MOA renewal for services with Big Sandy Health Care, Inc. to include provision of Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners at South Floyd Elementary, Duff Allen Central Elementary, a Registered Nurse at May Valley Elementary and Dental Services in the designated Floyd County Schools

Consider/Approve MOA with ARH to include four Registered Nurses to provide services within the scope of his-her training and licensure by the constraints of KBN in the school setting for faculty, staff and any student whose parent has signed a written consent

Consider/Approve the change in the classification of the current Head Start teaching position at PES from a classified position to a certified position requiring Interdisciplinary Early Childhood Education (IECE) certification

Consider/Approve decision on either Option 1 or Option 3 for Workers Compensation Insurance with aggregate excess through Midwest Employers Casualty Company, Third Party Administrators Claims Administration with Davies, and Annual Loss Control Program with Houchens Insurance Group

Consider/Approve 2025-2026 Athletic Extra Service/Extended Days Schedule, Administrative Extra Service/Extended Days Schedule, and Co-Curricular Service Salary Schedule

Consider/Approve FY 2026 Certified 187 day schedules and classified salary schedules. Approve $1.25 per hour increase for the following classified salary schedule: Food Service Managers, Cooks (6 & 7 hour), Custodians, Health Aides, Preschool Special Needs Aides, Special Needs Aides, Head Start Aides, Instructional Aides, Media Technician, Officer Manager 240 days, Officer Manager 220 days, Secretary SBDM, Book Keeper SBDM, School Clerk, Classified Tutors, Bus Monitors and Head Start teachers. Approve new certified substitute salary table

Consider/Approve change in the classification of the Current Head Start Teaching Position at PES from a Classified Position to a Certified Position Requiring Interdisciplinary Early Childhood Education (IECE) certification

Consider/Approve the following: Renew insurance for Fleet, General Liability, Educators Legal Liability, and Cyber Liability Insurance coverage for the 2026 fiscal year with Liberty Mutual
