Jerry Wissman provided the Board with an update on the project stating that it is currently out for bid and that the pre-bid meeting was very well attended by contractors and sub-contractors.

II.D.2. Waiver Request for Volleyball Inserts
Rationale

Approval is needed to request a waiver of the regulation prohibiting the use of inserts for volleyball poles in wooden gymnasium floors. We believe a system which employs floor sleeves allow us to purchase equipment that is more easily stored and presents fewer tripping hazards for students when in use.
