Policies for Review – 2021 Annual KSBA Board Policy Update
Each year, the Kentucky School Boards Association provides school districts with proposed amendments to board policies to reflect legislation passed by the Kentucky General Assembly, changes to Kentucky Administrative Regulations, and changes to federal law. The proposed changes are reviewed by JCPS staff, and in certain instances additional changes are suggested.
The committee will review as many of the policies as time permits, and will address any remaining policies for review at the next meeting on June 28, 2021.
