XXIII. Citizen's Comments
Discussion

Mr. and Mrs. Haney approached the Fiscal Court concerning their property on Shreve Rd where the Rough River has flooded and created a dam causing them and many neighbors to loose land at an alarming rate. Citizens are having a hard time finding help toward the cause even after having contacted surrounding counties, KY Division of Water, KY Conservation, and Army Corp of Engineers. #rd Dist magistrate Joe Barnes suggested helping by having county pull out large debris and the fire department control burning it. Citizens state that the small debris is just as bad. Citizens have lost well over 20 ft of property to the river damage. judge Executive gave citizens contact numbers for more state help and will follow up with Fire department to help in any way.
