Funding of $1,027.00 to be contributed from each Magistrate and the Judge Executive. Authorize County Treasurer to issue the check(s). Motion Passed:  Approved Building bid from Lambert's Post Frame LLC for Road Department building 40’x80’x14’, (4) 12’x12’ Insulated Doors, (1) 36” Walk in Door, 5” Concrete, Double Bubble Insulated Walls and Ceiling from Lamberts. In the amount of Lamberts $21,426.00, Johnny Yoder $8,300.00, David Head Concrete and Construction $9,040.00. Authorize County Treasurer to issue check(s) upon completion and approval of County Road Foreman Keith Nelson passed with a motion by Joe Barnes and a second by Larry Keown.

• Ohio County Safety Circuit Rider Agreement

Motion Passed:  Approved the Safety Circuit Rider Agreement. Authorize Judge Executive David Johnston to sign all corresponding documents passed with a motion by Joe Barnes and a second by Larry Keown.
