Check amount of $50,000 represents down payment to cover purchase of wood for project. Total project bid is $91,800 passed with a motion by Larry Morphew and a second by Sam Small.

Motion Passed:  Approved additional work for the District Court Room Remodel (project previously bid out) in the amount of $5,500. Work to be done: Refinish entry way doors: $3,000.00 - Add chair railing: $1000.00 - 2 Attorney tables: $1,500.00 - as requested by District Court Judges. Money to be transferred from General Fund Reserves passed with a motion by Larry Keown and a second by Sam Small.

Motion Passed:  Approved Resolution 2015-18 Road Aid Cooperative Agreement passed with a motion by Larry Keown and a second by Jason Bullock.

Review and possibly renovate the North Ohio County Park Trail due to current conditions.

Motion Passed:  Approved to enter Closed Session under KRS number KRS61.810(C) passed with a motion by Sam Small and a second by Larry Keown.

Motion Passed:  Approved to have the county attorney proceed with a foreclosure as to 3 to 4 parcels owned by said company and that the county attorney can retain the law firm of Hagan & Bolt to perform a title examination on the properties selected passed with a motion by David Johnston and a second by Larry Keown.

Motion Passed:  Approved the first reading of Ordinance 2015-5 to amend the Ordinance 2014-3 section 8 to remove the exclusively funded by Coal Severance Tax Revenues be reworded to funded by Coal Severance Tax Revenues and other outside funding sources passed with a motion by Sam Small and a second by Larry Keown.

Motion Passed:  Approved OCEDA Board Member Renewal for two years. Debbie Boehmann, David Moore, Burl Morris, Darren Luttrell, Scott Lewis and Kim Logsdon passed with a motion by David Johnston.

Motion Passed:  Approved Inter-local agreement for the use of City of Beaver Dam to use County Equipment to chip and seal entrance of 231 around flag pole passed with a motion by Jason Bullock and a second by David Johnston.

Motion Passed:  Approve to authorize the County Treasurer Anne Melton to issue the check to ERB Equipment for the purchase of a 2015 John Deere Backhoe 310-SL previously bid out at $87,135.00 upon the delivery of the equipment and the delivery of the equipment and authorization of the county road foreman Jeff Miller passed with a motion by Larry Keown and a second by Larry Morphew.
