Motion Passed:  Approved to Add to Preapproved Recurring Expense List account 01-5025-599-B - Employee Background Check Ohio County Fiscal Court Preapproved Recurring Expenses Fiscal Year 2014-2015 Pursuant to KRS 68.275(3), in accordance with state law, the Ohio County Fiscal Court hereby orders the following recurring expenses for payroll and/or utility expenses. The Ohio County Fiscal Court further orders upon the written consent of the State Local Finance Officer the following expenses be paid when due: Account No. 01-5025599-B Name: OCFC-EMPLOYEE BACKGROUND CHECK It is Hereby acknowledged the above standing orders shall expire after July 1 of each fiscal year and no more payments designated in the standing order shall be preapproved unless a new order is adopted by the fiscal court according to the provisions of KRS 68.275(3) passed with a motion by Larry Keown and a second by Larry Morphew.
