Mr. Brian Hobbs (digital learning coach) reported on some of the activities of the DLCs including recent professional development sessions and classroom collaboration activities.




Mrs. Stewart gave a brief update on the emotional supports and activities being provided for students at PHS.

Discussion

Mr. Chris McNamee updated the council on the school safety plan and changes for the new school year. Most things have remained the same with some minor changes. Additional AEDs have been purchased and placed in various areas of need for the school district. All extracurricular activities also have, or will, planned and implemented a practice of emergency situations in a real-life scenario.

Discussion

Mr. Blackburn shared the attached principal’s report to the council as well as consulted the council on additions to the fundraising schedule for school programs which can be viewed on the school’s website.
