The Department of Special Education requests approval to enter into a partnership with the University of Louisville, via the university's College of Education and Human Development Center for Instructional and Behavioral Research in School Collaboration (CIBRIS). Through this agreement, representatives from the University of Louisville will work with BCPS to lead and improve services and learning for students, teachers, and educational leaders through data collection, analysis, and training experiences. The Memorandum of Agreement has been reviewed by Eric Farris.

Rationale

Lebanon Junction Elementary School Principal Daniel Mullins requests permission to install a fence around the playground. Currently, there is no fencing at all around the playground which sits near the front parking lot as well as Preston Highway. Funding will come from the Lebanon Junction Elementary PTA who has requested to purchase the fencing and pay the company to install it.
