Actions Taken

Motion Passed:  Mrs. Pam Ryan nominated Ms. Susan Huffman for Vice Chairperson. Mrs. Huffman accepted the nomination. This passed with a motion by Mrs. Pam Ryan and a second by Mrs. Courtney Justice and the consensus of the council.

IV.b. Appoint Secretary
Actions Taken

Motion Passed:  Ms. Susan Huffman recommended Ms. Michelle Scott to continue as Secretary. Ms. Scott accepted. This passed with a motion by Mrs. Susan Huffman and a second by Mrs. Courtney Justice and the consensus of the council.

IV.c. Determine Regular Meeting Dates/Times for 2025-2026 School Year
Actions Taken

Motion Passed:  Regularly scheduled meetings will continue the second Tuesday of each month at 4:30 pm. This passed with a motion by Mrs. Pam Ryan and a second by Mrs. Cinthia Compton and the consensus of the council.

IV.d. Review Safety/Emergency Plan
Actions Taken

Motion Passed:  Coach Chris McNamee presented the Safety / Emergency Plan and reviewed Risk Assessment, Active Shooter/Lockdown Drills, in addition to suicide training and coming updates. The presentation was accepted and passed with a motion by Mrs. Susan Huffman and a second by Mrs. Michelle Scott and the consensus of the council.
