Mrs. Pam Ryan asked Mr. Blackburn if he would explain the process for selecting members of hiring committees for posted positions. Mr. Blackburn explained his thought process with the intention of creating the best hiring committees possible. He also explained that it depends on the situation and area of interest as to how the committees are selected.
