An invitation to submit sealed bids for Mowing Services was advertised in the News Enterprise. 

Bids were accepted and opened on March 12, 2024. We received 2 bids, from Merchants Lawn and Landscape and B'Mowin .

The recommendation is to award the bid to B'Mowin effective April 1, 2024 for one year with the ability to renew for an additional three years

VI.G. APPROVE BID PROPOSAL FOR FINANCIAL AUDITOR
Rationale

An invitation to submit sealed bids for Audit Services was advertised in the News Enterprise. 

Bids were accepted and opened on February 28, 2024. We received 3 bids.

Montgomery & Company, PLLC, White and Associated, PSC, and Carr, Riggs & Ingram. 

The recommendation is to award the bid to Montgomery & Company, PLLC effective July 1, 2024 for one year with the ability to renew for an additional three years with the increase in cost not to exceed 500.00 per year.
