Consider Municipal Order 1-2026 entitled A MUNICIPAL ORDER DECLARING PROPERTY CONTAINING 0.15 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, LOCATED AT THE CORNER OF J.R. MILLER BLVD. AND EAST 17TH STREET AS SURPLUS PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A DEED CONVEYING THE PROPERTY.
The City owns certain real property containing 0.15 acres, more or less, located at the corner of J.R. Miller Blvd. and East 17th Street. The City now desires to declare the property to be surplus property, so it can be conveyed to AGN, Inc. f/k/a Transit-Mix Concrete Company, Inc.
