Studio Kremer requests the Boards review and approval of our recommendation of CMTA Commissioning Inc, to provide Commissioning Services for the Bullitt East Fine Arts project.

Approval to enter into a Cooperative Purchase Agreement with the Motz Group was obtained at the June 17. 2024 meeting.  Per this agreement, The Motz Group will provide installation of full turf systems at Bullitt East, North Bullitt and Bullitt Central High Schools.  The scope of work will include the subgrade, underdrainage, turf, all field fencing, backstop netting systems and the indoor turf at all three field houses. 

• Approval Motz Cooperative Purchase Agreement Documents

Approval to enter into a Cooperative Purchase Agreement with Toadvine Enterprises was obtained at the June 17, 2024 meeting.  Per this agreement, Toadvine Enterprises will provide installation bleacher seating systems with press boxes at Bullitt East, North Bullitt and Bullitt Central High Schools.

Requesting approval of a resolution declaring the official intent of the Board of Education of the Bullitt County School District with respect to reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenditures related to renovations and improvements to athletic facilities at Bullitt Central High School, Bullitt East High School, and North Bullitt High School (collectively, the "Projects") to be made from subsequent tax-exempt borrowings by the Bullitt County School District. 

• Resolution- Phase II Athletic Project

Requested for approval is a contract with Calhoun Construction for Bid package #1 of the Phase II Athletics project.  The Base Bid is $20,500,000 with the accepted alternates of $400,000 for a total cost of $20,900,000.00.
