1. Approve Minutes from previous meeting.

2. Approve Emergency Plan for the 25-26 School Year

3. Approve SBDM Officers for the 25-26 School Year (Chairperson, Co-Chair, and Secretary)

4. Approve SBDM Budget for 25-26 School Year and school fees.

5. KY Open Records & Open Meetings Act/Managing Gov't Records and Notification of KRS 158.195Displaying of National Motto in Public Schools and KRS 158.183 Rights and Prohibit Acts of Students

 

 

The topic was reviewed and all policies understood.

 

6. SBDM Meetings will be scheduled for the third Monday of each month at 3:00 pm in the TCIS SBDM Room (meetings may be adjusted)

The next meeting is scheduled to fall at the beginning of the school year and was rescheduled for August 25th by unanimous decision.
