Motion Passed: Approval of prior minutes passed with a motion by Amber Grubbs and a second by Kyle Finchum and the consensus of the council.

Nomination and approved of the following positions: Secretary- Kelly Allen, Chair- Lindsey Kinslow, Vice Chair- Jayse York

6. Approval of SBDM Budget

Motion Passed: Approve the SBDM budget passed with a motion by Mrs. Jayse York and a second by Ms. Madison Rogers and the consensus of the council.

7. Approval of EM Plan and Cardiac Plan

Motion Passed: Approval of the emergency and cardiac plan passed with a motion by Kyle Finchum and a second by Mrs. Jayse York and the consensus of the council.

8. Set Meeting Dates and Times

Meetings will be held on the second Wednesday of the month at 3:15pm. Dates set to be 8/20/2025, 9/10/2025, 10/15/2025, 11/12/2025, 1/14/2026, 2/11/2026, 3/11/2026, 4/15/2026, 5/13/2026, 6/10/2026.
