Chairperson Ms. Donna Isfort called the special called meeting to order at 6:10 P.M.

II. Elect 2022 Chairperson

Order #14681 - Motion Passed: Mr. Bryan Covey nominated Ms. Donna Isfort for the 2022 Chairperson. The nomination was passed with a motion by Mr. Bryan Covey and a second by

Ms. Shiela Samples.

III. Elect 2022 Vice-Chairperson

Order #14682 - Motion Passed: Ms. Tammy Hardy nominated Mr. Bryan covey for the 2022 Vice-Chair position. The nomination was passed with a motion by Ms. Tammy Hardy and a second by

Ms. Carrie Smallwood.

IV. Elect Finance Corporation Officers

Order #14683 - Motion Passed: The Board made a motion to keep Chairperson Ms. Donna Isfort and Vice-Chair Mr. Bryan Covey as the Finance Corporation Officers passed with a motion by Ms. Tammy Hardy and a second by Ms. Carrie Smallwood.

V. Set 2022 Meeting Dates and Times

Order #14684 - Motion Passed: The Board members agreed to hold board meetings every third Thursday of the month at Central Office at 6:00 P.M. Date, time and location were passed with a motion by Ms. Shiela Samples and a second by Ms. Tammy Hardy.
