I had assumed it was too late to submit a change order for next Monday's board meeting. Nate suggested that I go ahead and send the info to you.
This Change Order covers re-hanging the light fixtures in the Computer Server Rooms and Gymnasium Lobby per the current Building Code. The fixtures had previously only been supported by the ceiling tile grid. The fixtures are now attached to the roof structure as an added safety precaution called for in the code.
This will be Studio LC Change Order # CO 010. The Change Order amount is $5017.00.
I will forward the AIA G701, the KDE Supplemental form, and supporting documents a little later this afternoon when I finish completing the forms.
I am currently expecting three more change orders to be submitted by Marrillia that I have previously mentioned to the board. Marrillia, however, has not yet submitted the paperwork to me for those to be executed.
