5. Public Action: To Authorize Legal Counsel Claycomb Law Office, PLLC to represent and Defend LaRue County Board of Education in litigation pending in LaRue Circuit Court
Recommended Motion

I move that the Board authorize legal counsel, Claycomb Law Office, PLLC, to take any and all necessary actions to represent and defend the LaRue County Board of Education in litigation pending in LaRue Circuit Court. This authorization includes, but is not limited to, filing any responsive pleadings, counterclaims, and cross-claims, and to pursue or defend any appeals or related proceedings arising from this matter, as counsel deems necessary to protect the Board's legal and financial interests and ensure compliance with Kentucky law.
