Approval of the attached purchase agreement with Dickerson Lumber Company for their purchasing of 180 southern yellow pine trees located adjacent to the LaRue County High School stadium.  

Dickerson Lumber will remove the trees and purchase the trees at a price of $0.13 per board foot.  See attached agreement for complete details.

In order for LCHS students to continue to participate in the dual credit program at ECTC, LaRue County Schools must inter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Elizabethtown Community and Technical College.

This agreement serves as an addendum to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Kentucky
Community and Technical College System (KCTCS) and the Kentucky Department of Education (KDE).

The MOA has been reviewed by our board attorney, Tom Claycomb, and is attached for your review as well.
