The approval of the LCHS girls basketball fundraiser request

Order #379 - Motion Passed:  The approval of the LCHS girls basketball fundraiser request passed with a motion by Farrah Pruitt and a second by Ashley Reding.

Attached is the revised Pay App.

The following items have changed from the original Pay App #4.

• This pay app has removed all request for draw on the labor for the Gymnasium flooring.
• There is a credit on the draw for the carpet for the auditorium which holds 40% of the labor cost back.
  • Jason has met with the owner of the carpet installation company and they are resolving all issues that are on our punch list and the items WL has pointed out.
• The stage equipment line item which is the installation of the curtains is requesting a draw of 100%.
  • RTA has observed the curtain installation and although the owner has several requests for changes to the curtain, they are installed per the contract documents. That being said, Jason Harrod has meet on site with the owner of Blind and Shade and they have agreed to the following corrections for the stage curtains.
    • The Valence will be removed and altered in height and remounted by Blind and Shade at no cost to owner.
    • The Logo on the valence can be changed to meet the owner's requested change by Blind and Shade at no cost. RTA will need to have the owner approve the original embroidered logo that was originally submitted. 
    • The pivoting side curtains have been altered so that when pulled the track will stay horizontal. But the concern about students climbing the curtain is outside the purview of standard performance of the product.
    • The location of the rear curtain was installed per the contract documents. Our drawings show the back curtain placed 2’ from the back wall. I understand that the owner needs this distance to be more like 3’-6”.  Blind and Shade is happy to move the rear curtain for a cost of $800. It will take 2 days and can be scheduled at the owner's convenience. This is at cost with no overhead from BCD.
