BACKGROUND:  All staff have a job description for their specific position.  This is presented to them yearly, they read and sign off that they have received it.  Some of the job descriptions needed to be updated.  Attached are the updated job descriptions.

To approve the updates job descriptions as presented

In order to submit a Capital Funds Request to use our Capital Outlay and Building Funds for an expected cost increase, the BG-1 #18-202 for the LaRue County High School Phase I Gymnasium/Football Stadium/Greenhouse must be revised to reflect the requested funding.

Motion Passed:  The approval of the revised BG-1 #18-202 for the LaRue County High School Phase I Gymnasium/Football Stadium/Greenhouse to reflect the requested funding passed with a motion by Paul Cooper and a second by Farrah Pruitt.

The District still has funds available in Capital Outlay after debt service payments and other approved Capital Funds Requests. 

In order to use these funds since initial bids came in high, the District must submit a Capital Funds Request Form to KDE and a Revised BG-1 for the LCHS Phase 1 project.
