AdvancED Accreditation Exit Report
Jefferson County Public Schools participated in an AdvancED accreditation visit on January 27–30, 2013. A team of 22 people visited JCPS to determine whether to accredit our district and schools.
As part of the accreditation process, each school and the district participated in a self-assessment. The district self assessment is attached.
During this time, the AdvancED team visited schools, reviewed evidence, and interviewed staff and other stakeholders.
The AdvancED team chair will provide a brief exit report to the Board of Education at the conclusion of their visit.
The full accreditation report and accreditation status will be provided in approximately six weeks.
