The Board met in executive session and conducted a private hearing pursuant to KRS 161.765.
Order #291 - Motion Passed: A motion that the Board of Education recess and reconvene in executive session pursuant to KRS 61.810(1)(k) to conduct a hearing required by KRS 161.765 passed with a motion by Mrs. Debbie Wesslund and a second by Mr. Larry Hujo.

Board members adjourned from Executive Session by consensus.
The Board returned to open session at approximately 5 p.m. Chairperson Diane Porter announced that the Board had met in executive session and no action was taken.

Verdict
Order #292 - Motion Passed: A motion that the Board uphold the Superintendent’s decision with respect to the pending appeal pursuant to KRS 161.765 passed with a motion by Mrs. Carol Ann Haddad and a second by Mr. Joseph Hardesty.
