Executive Session (Negotiation Strategies)
To All Members of the Board of Education of Jefferson County, Kentucky:
The Chairman of the Board of Education is calling a special meeting of the Board of Education to be held on Monday, April 25, 2011, at 4:00 p.m. at the VanHoose Education Center, 3332 Newburg Road, Louisville, Kentucky.
The purpose of this meeting is as follows:
4:00 p.m. Kentucky Core Academic Standards/New Accountability Standards
6:00 p.m. Negotiation Strategies
Any and all matters incidental to and supplementary of the foregoing may also be taken up, considered and acted upon in the meeting.
The regular meeting of the Board of Education will take place at 7:00 p.m., as scheduled, at the VanHoose Education Center, 3332 Newburg Road, Louisville, Kentucky.
Portions of the meeting will be closed to the public as provided for under KRS 61.810 (l)(e) of the Open Meetings Act.

Order #56 - Motion Passed: A recommendation that the Board of Education enter into executive session at 6:02 p.m. to discussion negotiation strategies in accordance with KRS 61.810(1)(e) passed with a motion by Mr. Joseph Hardesty and a second by Mrs. Debbie Wesslund.

Exit Executive Session
The executive session concerning negotiation strategies was adjourned by consensus at 6:45 p.m.
