State of the District Address
Due to the likelihood that a quorum of the Board will be assembled together at the same event, the Chair of the Board of Education is calling a special meeting of the Board of Education to be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, February 27, 2025, at The Olmsted, 3701 Frankfort Ave, Louisville, KY 40207.
The purpose of this meeting is as follows:
JCPS Superintendent Dr. Brian Yearwood will deliver the State of the District address. The address will highlight the District’s recent successes and outline the vision for the future of Jefferson County Public Schools.
Other than the presentation of the State of the District address by Dr. Yearwood, no business shall be conducted at this event. A recording of the address will be posted to the JCPS YouTube page for public viewing following the event.
