The District Facilities Local Planning Committee is calling a special meeting to be held on Tuesday, February 6, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at VanHoose Education Center, 3332 Newburg Road.

The purpose of this meeting is to review and vote on the approval of the Amended Draft District Facilities Plan (DFP).

The agenda is as follows:

1. Call to Order
2. Vote to Replace Chairperson/Central Office Staff
3. Approval of Minutes from Previous Meeting
4. Review Draft of Amended District Facility Plan (DFP)
5. Vote on Approval of Amended Draft DFP to submit to KDE Review
6. Next Meeting Date
7. Adjournment
8. Public Forum

Any and all matters incidental to and supplementary of the foregoing may also be taken up, considered and acted upon at the meeting.

The committee serves as an advisory committee and may not make decisions or take action that binds the full Jefferson County Board of Education.

This meeting will be conducted via video-teleconference pursuant to KRS 61.823 and KRS 61.826. The primary location for this meeting and where all members can be seen and heard by the public will be VanHoose Education Center, 3332 Newburg Road. Members of the committee are permitted to attend in person or via video-teleconference pursuant to KRS 61.826.
