Call to Order
Chairwoman Debbie Wesslund called the special meeting to order at 6:20 p.m.

Executive Session: Negotiation Strategies per KRS 61.810(1)(e)
Chairwoman Debbie Wesslund read the following statement: "Do I have a motion that the Board of Education recess and reconvene in executive session to discuss negotiation strategies pursuant to KRS 61.810(1)(e)?"

Order #103 - Motion Passed: A recommendation that the Board of Education recess and reconvene in executive session to discuss negotiation strategies pursuant to KRS 61.810(1)(e) passed with a motion by Mr. Stephen Imhoff and a second by Mrs. Carol Ann Haddad.
