Call to Order
This meeting will be conducted via video-teleconference pursuant to KRS 61.823 and KRS 61.826. The primary location for this meeting and where all members can be seen and heard by the public will be Stewart Auditorium in the VanHoose Education Center. Members of the Board are permitted to attend in-person or via video-teleconference pursuant to KRS 61.826. Members of the public may attend in-person or watch the live-stream.

Enter Closed Executive Session for Preliminary and Formative Discussions Regarding the Superintendent's Evaluation Pursuant to KRS 61.810(1)(k) and KRS 156.557(6)(c) and for Discussions Regarding Pending Litigation Pursuant to KRS 61.810(1)(c)
The purpose of this executive session if for preliminary and formative discussions relating to the 2022–23 Evaluation of the Superintendent pursuant to KRS 61.810(1)(k) and KRS 156.557(6)(c) and for discussions regarding pending litigation pursuant to KRS 61.810(1)(c).
A motion that the Board of Education enter into executive session for preliminary and formative discussions concerning the 2022-23 Evaluation of Superintendent Marty Pollio as provided for under KRS 61.810(1)(k) of the Kentucky Open Meetings Act and KRS 156.557(6)(c) and for discussions regarding pending litigation pursuant to KRS 61.810(1)(c).
Order #2023-98 - Motion Passed: A motion that the Board of Education enter into executive session for preliminary and formative discussions concerning the 2022-23 Evaluation of Superintendent Marty Pollio as provided for under KRS 61.810(1)(k) of the Kentucky Open Meetings Act and KRS 156.557(6)(c) and for discussions regarding pending litigation pursuant to KRS 61.810(1)(c) passed with a motion by Mr. James Craig and a second by Mrs. Linda Duncan.

Order #2023-99 - Motion Passed: A motion to adjourn from executive session and return to open session passed with a motion by Dr. Corrie Shull and a second by Mr. Joseph Marshall.
IV.
Possible Consideration of a Motion on Pending Litigation
Order #2023-100 - Motion Passed: A motion to authorize Board counsel to effectuate a settlement in the matter identified in closed session and pursuant to the terms discussed in closed session passed with a motion by Dr. Corrie Shull and a second by Mr. James Craig.
