District Facilities Local Planning Committee Meeting
The District Facilities Local Planning Committee is calling a special meeting to be held on Thursday, June 8, 2023, at 5 p.m. at C. B. Young Jr. Service Center, 3001 Crittenden Drive.
The purpose of this meeting is to review and vote to request a finding for the Jefferson County Board of Education (JCBE) approval at the June 27, 2023, Board Meeting.
The agenda is as follows:
I. Call to Order
II. Explanation of the Finding Process
III. Review of the Proposal Finding
IV. Vote to Request a Finding for the JCBE Approval at the June 27, 2023, Board Meeting
V. Next Meeting Date
VI. Adjournment
Any and all matters incidental to and supplementary of the foregoing may also be taken up, considered, and acted upon at the meeting.
The committee serves as an advisory committee and may not make decisions or take action that binds the full JCBE.
This meeting will be conducted via video-teleconference pursuant to KRS 61.823 and KRS 61.826. The primary location for this meeting and where all members can be seen and heard by the public will be C. B. Young Jr. Service Center, 3001 Crittenden Drive. Members of the committee are permitted to attend in person or via video-teleconference pursuant to KRS 61.826.
