The purpose of this executive session if for formative discussions relating to the 2022–23 Evaluation of the Superintendent pursuant to KRS 61.810(1)(k) and KRS 156.557(6)(c).

A motion that the Board of Education enter into executive session for the purpose of a discussion concerning the 2022-23 Evaluation of Superintendent Marty Pollio as provided for under KRS 61.810(1)(k) of the Kentucky Open Meetings Act and KRS 156.557(6)(c)
