I. Call to Order
Rationale

Portions of this meeting will be closed to the public pursuant to KRS 61.810 (1)(k) of the Kentucky Open Meetings Act

The Regular Meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m. as scheduled. These meetings will be conducted via video-teleconference pursuant to KRS 61.823 and KRS 61.826. The primary location for these meetings and where all members can be seen and heard by the public will be Stewart Auditorium, VanHoose Education Center. Members are permitted to attend in-person or via video-teleconference pursuant to KRS 61.826. Rationale

The purpose of this executive session is for preliminary and formative discussions relating to the 2022–23 Evaluation of the Superintendent pursuant to KRS 61.810(1)(k) of the Open Meetings Act and KRS 156.557.

Recommended Motion

A motion to enter executive session to have preliminary and formative discussions relating to the 2022–23 Evaluation of the Superintendent pursuant to KRS 61.810(1)(k) of the Open Meetings Act and KRS 156.557.
