The District Facilities Local Planning Committee is calling a special meeting to be held at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, November 30, 2022, at C. B. Young Jr. Service Center, 3001 Crittenden Drive.

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss and review the amended District Facilities Plan (DFP) Draft for Renovations and Systems Replacement.

The agenda is as follows:

1. Call to Order
2. Approval of Minutes from Previous Meeting
3. Review Draft of Amended (DFP)
4. Vote on Approval of Amended Draft DFP to Submit to the Kentucky Department of Education (KDE) for Review
5. Next Meeting Date—Pending Committee Approval
6. Adjournment

Any and all matters incidental to and supplementary of the foregoing may also be taken up, considered, and acted upon at the meeting.

The committee serves as an advisory committee and may not make decisions or take action that binds the full Jefferson County Board of Education (JCBE).

This meeting will be conducted via video-teleconference pursuant to KRS 61.823 and KRS 61.826. The primary location for this meeting and where all members can be seen and heard by the public will be C. B. Young Jr. Service Center, 3001 Crittenden Drive. Members of the committee are permitted to attend in person or via video-teleconference pursuant to KRS 61.826.
