I.
Call to Order
The purpose of this meeting is for Board members to have discussions relating to collective bargaining negotiations with employee represented groups, discussions relating to proposed litigation, and discussions related to pending litigation. Portions of the meeting will be closed to the public as provided for under KRS 61.810(1)(e), and KRS 61.810(1)(c) of the Kentucky Open Meetings Act.

Enter into Executive Session per KRS 61.810(1)(e), and KRS 61.810(1)(c) of the Kentucky Open Meetings Act

IV.
Possible Consideration of Motions Regarding Proposed Litigation and/or Collective Bargaining Negotiations
Order #2021-119 - Motion Passed: A motion to authorize Board Counsel to effectuate a settlement in the matter identified in closed session and pursuant to the terms discussed in closed session passed with a motion by Mr. James Craig and a second by Mr. Joseph Marshall.
Order #2021-120 - Motion Passed: A motion to authorize Superintendent Dr. Marty Pollio to take all necessary steps to support the Council for Better Education, Inc. ("CBE"), in its legal challenge to the unconstitutionality of the tax credits in House Bill 563, including the payment of any appropriate dues or assessments related to this school district's membership in CBE or its support of the referenced legal challenge passed with a motion by Ms. Sarah McIntosh and a second by Mr. James Craig.
Order #2021-121 - Motion Passed: A motion to approve Temporary Salary Adjustments for select positions to be effective from July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2022 passed with a motion by Dr. Corrie Shull and a second by Mr. James Craig.
