The Chair of the Board of Education is calling a special meeting of the Board of Education to be held on Tuesday, February 11, 2020, at the VanHoose Education Center, 3332 Newburg Road.
5 p.m. Special Meeting for a Closed Executive Session
The purpose of this meeting include a preliminary discussion relating to the 2019–20 Evaluation of the Superintendent pursuant to KRS 61.810(1)(k) and KRS 156.557(6)(c).
The agenda is as follows:
- Call to Order
- Enter into Closed Executive Session for Discussions Regarding Superintendent Evaluation
- Adjourn from Executive Session
- Adjournment
Any and all matters incidental to and supplementary of the foregoing may also be taken up, considered and acted upon at the meeting.
Order #2020-15 - Motion Passed: A motion to enter into Executive Session for the purpose of a discussion regarding the evaluation of the superintendent passed with a motion by Mr. James Craig and a second by Mr. Chris Brady.
Order #2020-16 - Motion Passed: A motion that the Board of Education adjourn from Executive Session and return to Open Session passed with a motion by Mr. Chris Brady and a second by Mr. Joseph Marshall.
Order #2020-17 - Motion Passed: A motion to adjourn passed with a motion by Mr. Chris Brady and a second by Mr. James Craig.
